 Deepening Self-Awareness Through Somatic Connection

Greetings! My name is Kayley Walker (she/her). I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here to guide you toward rekindling your inner flame so that you may cultivate self-intimacy and learn to love yourself more fully, deeply, and unconditionally. After all, the most important relationship in your life is your relationship with yourself.

I am delighted to open the doors of this therapeutic space to you—a place where your sensitive soul is recognized and welcomed.

In this space, we honor your journey and recognize the courage it takes to be deeply connected to both the world’s beauty and its challenges. We aim to explore these connections without reservation, embracing every part of who you are without compromise. “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are.” C. G. Jung

Integrative and embodied psychotherapy

Embodied psychotherapy recognizes the intricate link between physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It places a significant emphasis on the body's role in psychological healing, using bodily awareness and sensations as a gateway to understanding and processing emotions. This approach fosters a profound mind-body-soul connection, contributing to overall well-being.

Together, we cultivate a grounded connection to your true self, fostering a life of authenticity and alignment.

I am currently in the process of completing a year-long intensive in Compassionate Inquiry, I am deepening my practice in guiding clients to uncover the root causes of their suffering with gentleness and insight. As Gabor Maté beautifully states, 'The essence of trauma is disconnection from the self. Therefore, the essence of healing is not just the recovery of the mind, but of the self—our connection to our true, authentic nature.' This approach aligns with my commitment to helping you reconnect with your authentic self and live more fully in alignment with your true nature.
